​Leading a nonprofit organization requires far more than passion for a cause. Executive directors, program managers, department leaders, and emerging leaders are often expected to balance strategic vision, operational management, financial stewardship, staff development, community relationships, and board engagement. Yet many nonprofit professionals step into leadership roles with limited formal training in these areas. The Certificate of Competence in Nonprofit Leadership is designed to bridge that gap by providing practical leadership skills grounded in the realities of nonprofit work.

This eight-session program provides a comprehensive foundation in nonprofit leadership.
